SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
Once you’ve placed your order with Natare, you will receive an email with details of your order. When your item is ready to ship, you’ll receive a despatch email with your delivery date. We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours and you should receive your order within 2-3 business days.
All orders within the UK will be free shipping. Orders to mainland Europe will incur a postage fee of £5 and a £15 postage fee for international shipping.
Please note that orders crossing borders may incur local charges. These charges are not included in your order and it is the customers responsibility to pay these.
If you change your mind, you can cancel your order. Email email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be happy to issue you a full refund if the item has not yet been shipped. If your order has been shipped, you will need to return it. We will let you know where to send the item and we will issue your refund when we have received it. We will not issue a refund if the item has been worn, damaged or had the hygiene sticker removed.
Please note that shipping cost of returning the item will not be reimbursed or covered by Natare.
We endeavour to please every customer with our swimwear as we have taken great care when it comes to our sizing. We are confident that with your consideration of the size guide, you will choose the correct fit.
If you are not happy with your bikini, you can return it to us within 14 days of purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to process your refund and we will send you instructions on how to do so along with a returns slip.
Natare will not process refunds for items that have been worn, damaged or where the hygiene sticker has been removed.
When you are returning your item, please make sure that you package the item securely and enclose the returns slip. Please make sure that you obtain a proof of postage.
Please note that the shipping cost of returning the item to us will not be reimbursed or covered by Natare. It will usually take around 10 days for us to process your refund.
If your item is received after 14 days from purchase, it will not be eligible for a refund. The item will be returned to you.
All of our items are handmade and are checked before they are packaged but if your item is faulty or you have received the wrong order then please email us immediately at email@example.com where we will endeavour to solve the problem as soon possible. Natare will reimburse you for your postage of the item back to us if the item is faulty.
